4th of July as it's Meant to Be

Happy Independence Day!! The 4th of July has never been my favorite holiday... I mean, it doesn't even fall into the Top 3.  That said, I am so grateful for the country we live in, and I am grateful to be able to celebrate it with the people I love the most.  This year was a particularly typical American 4th.  I mean, seriously - grilling, fireworks in the driveway, a local fair (plus some beer and white claw)... it doesn't really get more typical than that.  But it was the best.  A perfect day with a happy family in the beautiful Minnesota summer.

My kids are such happy kids and are thrilled with the little things. When they get to go down a glorified slide and when they have just done "the best thing ever!".  Even when we get these teeny, tiny fireworks that like sparkle for a hot minute, they are in awe.  They are absolutely precious and I am so lucky to get to experience their joy every day, but especially on days like today.

(Carousel time!)

(Nothing is more fun than riding a giant slide when Mila get's to sit on my cushy lap while I take all the freaking bumps)

(Yet another ride)

(Driveway fireworks)

(Xmas Jammies on the 4th of July)

I hope they look back on these memories with the great joy that I do.

  1. Have you ever been half in} the slot machines, for instance, $1 a spin, and you get an affordable payout win and wish you had bet $5 like you were a few minutes ago? Rest assured, had you been betting $5 a spin, the win wouldn't have been 5 occasions as a lot as your $1 spin - the machine wouldn't have been "ready" to pay out that amount then. On some progressive jackpots linked to a financial institution of slot machines, the jackpot needs 점보카지노 to be received before a sure amount of money is reached.
